Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Health currently has over forty-five (45) vehicles of various types which will need to be replaced. Therefore, the STATE is interested in receiving bids for the replacement of up to fifteen (15) vehicles. However, the STATE may request to lease more than fifteen (15) vehicles depending on the STATE’s needs and availability of funds. Submit unit prices for proposed vehicles. Must include all costs associated with acquisition, leasing, and maintenance. To be considered responsive, the Offeror’s bid shall respond to and include all items specified in this IFB and any subsequent addendum. Any bid offering any other set of terms and conditions that conflict with the terms and conditions providing in the IFB or in any subsequent addendum may be rejected without further consideration.
