All Bids will be virtually released at 2:00 p.m. on that date and available to view on the website. Released bid information does not constitute any award has been made.The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland/City of Cumberland (owner) is soliciting proposals for chemical pricing for the City of Cumberland, Allegany County Commissioners, and the Town of Carpendale.The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City.The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, the Allegany County Commissioners and Town of Carpendale reserve the right to award one or more contracts for the chemicals described herein.An electronic copy of the Contract Documents may be obtained from the City of Cumberland online solicitation website, https://www.beaconbid.com/solicitations/city-of-cumberland/.The City of Cumberland is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
