Print Bid Title: Request for Proposal Furniture Procurement Services Category: Casper-Natrona County Health Department Status: Closed Description: The Casper Natrona County Health Department is seeking proposals for purchase, deliver and installation of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) for their new building located at 1017 S. Conwell Street in Casper, Wyoming. Qualified Furniture Manufacturers and Office Furniture Dealers are requested to provide bids to supply the FF&E and related services as outlined. Each interested party should note their intent to respond to this RFP via email to Suzanne Zecchin on or before 5:00 pm, February 24, 2025. MOA will forward the Exhibit package listed in the RFP to those bidders interested in participating in the bid process. Please provide an email address that can accept up to 30 MB. Each vendor submitting a proposal in response to this RFP must deliver three (3) bound originals and email one copy no later than 5:00 pm on March 14, 2025. Bids will be opened privately and Bidders will be informed as to the invitation to interview the week of March 24, 2025. Award of bid after interview, bid review and decision, date estimated to be April 11, 2025. Prospective Bidders may make inquiries concerning this RFP. A Bid Question Form noted as Exhibit "A" must be submitted to MOA with any questions or inquiries you have regarding the process or the documents by February 15, 2025.
