Employees on-site must be on-site solely to fulfill contractual obligations and for no other commercial purposes. Companies must be legally established in Colombia, comply with all specific Colombian regulations and standards applicable to the services offered, and demonstrate extensive experience, with a minimum of 10 years of verifiable track record in the Colombian market. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
