Contractors to download bid documents for this project.
Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Work included under this Project consists of approximately 14,500 square feet of roof replacement at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Stright Hall. Work includes but is not limited to, removal of the existing roof systems and insulation, and installation of insulation, EPDM roof systems and edge metal as described on the Roof Table on the Drawings. Alternate bids include EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 30-year warranty. Refer to documents for complete scope of Work.
Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractors according to
Pennsylvania statute. The Single Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents.
Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General Construction to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education.
A Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on February 19, 2026, at 1pm, at the IUP Engineering and Construction Office Robertshaw Building, 650 South 13th Street, Indiana, PA 15705. THIS IS A MANDITORY PRE BID MEETING.
Electronic Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM, EST on March 13, 2026, through PennBid located at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
