Destratification Fan Installation

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees for the Installation of one (1) Destratification fan and two (2) mini-split heat pump systems in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov. Subject line must include the IFB No.125572 Destratification Fan Installation and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders can attend the non-mandatory pre-bid job walk on 2/17/2026, at 11:00 AM at Hollister Armory, 2302 San Felipe Rd, Hollister CA, 95023. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting CPT Garrett Sawtelle at Garrett.sawtelle@cmd.ca.gov. a. Bidders are not required to visit the worksite.¿Bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the local conditions, to accurately measure area and ensure the actual area of work for the preparation of their bid.¿Contractors bidding without visiting the worksite do so at their own risk.¿Bidders can contact Garrett.sawtelle@cmd.ca.gov with questions regarding the job walk. b. In fairness to all bidders in the competitive process, contractors shall not have the opportunity to adjust their price after proposal submission.
