Proposals will be received electronically through Virtual BID until Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 4:00p.m. local time. The City will review all proposals May 4 th – May 9 th , 2026. Each proposal shall include: Total project cost proposal Itemized cost breakdown Site plan with dimensions Color rendering of design List of equipment components Accessibility / inclusivity summary Surfacing specifications Installation plan Project timeline Warranty information Sourcewell documentation Contractor /installer information Provide a letter of certification indicating Build America, Buy America standards Each design must clearly show how existing equipment is incorporated. Obtaining the Request for Proposal Documents Information and Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: www.virtual-bid.com/bids-search/watertownsd Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Vendors must create a free account with Virtual BID. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Proposal for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
