UCFS Healthcare, Norwich, CT is seeking bids for the following at our Norwich Health Center located at 47 Town Street, Norwich, CT: Front Masonry & Caulking Repair • Cut and replace sealant at metal flashing joint (approximately 190 linear feet) • Grind out painted masonry and repoint with new mortar • Match existing paint and recoat repair areas • Apply Masonry water repellant to entire parapet (approximately 800 sf). This will seal pores and hairline cracks in masonry to repel water entry. Rear Masonry & Caulking Repair • Cut and replace sealant at metal flashing joint (approximately 90 linear feet) • Grind out deteriorated masonry joints and repoint with new mortar • Apply Masonry water repellant to entire parapet (approximately 500 sf). This will seal pores and hairline cracks in masonry to repel water entry.
