Print Bid Title: Request for Qualifications - CMAR Gillette College Activity Center Category: Public Works Status: Closed Description: On behalf of the Board of County Commissioners, the Department of Public Works is requesting Pre-qualification and Qualification Statements from Construction Manager at Risk firms interested in the Gillette College Education and Activities Center project. The project will be constructed north of the Campbell County Recreation Center, along Enzi Drive, in Gillette Wyoming. It is anticipated that the project design will commence in late fall 2014, with construction commencing the summer of 2015. The successful CMAR will assist the Owner in selecting the Architect for the project. Construction Manager at Risk firms wishing to be considered for the project must obtain and submit a Pre-qualification Statement and Qualification Statement to the Owner for evaluation. Both forms can be obtained on the County website or from the Public Works office. The Campbell County Board of Commissioners is not obligated by this announcement to make any selection or award any contract.
