All statements of qualifications/proposals must be submitted by November 18, 2011 at 4:00 p.m., by hand delivery or by mail, to the City Administrator, Fourth Floor, 221 North Fifth Street, PO Box 5503, Bismarck, ND 58506-5503. The submittals will be reviewed thereafter.
