To bid on this project and be considered a plan holder, the Bidder MUST register with Louis Bresee a minimum of 10 days prior to the bid opening. Sealed Bid Documents shall be marked in the lower left-hand corner: “19 Gregory Drive Boiler Replacement”. LOCATION: The 19 Gregory Drive. Boiler Replacement Project is on the second floor of the Police Station at 19 Gregory Drive. TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Work to be performed under this project includes: Removal and replacement of 2 natural gas boilers and the associated controls to integrate the new boilers with the system. CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE: It is the City desire that the work be completed on or before June 30, 2025. If a later date is more appropriate for your business needs indicate both your anticipated completion date and the date when the equipment could be available. WALK THROUGH TOUR : A non-mandatory tour of the facility will be available for all potential bidders from Jan. 13, 2025 through Jan. 24, 2025.
