Description

PLEASE NOTE: TWO ADDENDUMS HAVE BEEN INCORPORATED INTO THIS SOLICIATION, INCLUDING A CHANGE TO THE OFFER DEADLINE. Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a responsible contractor to furnish a water-cooled chiller with variable speed, oil free centrifugal compressor for Building 350. Please note, there are mandatory technical requirements in the provided Specification Document, "Building 350 Chiller Replacement Phase II" dated January 12, 2026 that will be used for evaluation of technically acceptable offerors. Inability to adhere to the provided requirements may remove any offer from further consideration. 

Evaluation will be based upon Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable criteria. 

Please provide a completed and signed ANL-70 and ANL-70B, as well as a offeror-provided specification document with evidence to support all mandatory technical requirements. Please do not refer to price within the offer specification document. 

All questions should be sent to the Contracting Officer no later than February 20, 2026.

Please return all offers to the Contracting Officer via email by 5:00pm CST on March 10, 2026. Notice ID should be included in the subject line.
