Lickdale Renovation - Phase 2

This PROJECT IS A STANDARD LOW BID PROJECT and includes: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, HVAC, and ELECTRICAL
The work under this Contract shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, material, devices, tools and equipment required for the installation of new HVAC systems, all electrical work associated with the new HVAC equipment and removal/replacement of the existing acoustical ceiling grid/tile located at the Lickdale Veteran’s and Military Outreach Facility, 40 Fisher Avenue, Jonestown, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents.
ESTIMATED RANGE: General Construction - $200,001.00 - $400,000.00, HVAC - $1,000,001.00 - $1,500,000.00 and Electrical - $400,001.00 - $600,000.00
ESTIMATED RANGE: Liquidated Damages: General Construction - $130.00 per day, HVAC - $370.00 per day, and Electrical - $160.00 per day
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: The Pre-Bid Conference will take place on Wednesday March 18, 2026, at 10:00AM at the Lickdale Facility - 40 Fisher Avenue, Jonestown, PA, Lebanon County, PA. ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS MUST BE PRESENT TO SUBMIT A BID SUBMISSION.
Questions are due back by COB 3:30PM EST on March 30, 2026.

The Department of General Services Public Works and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities (BDISBO) identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals.
This is a significant programmatic change from the SDB and SB Participation program contained in prior Projects issued by Public Works. Bidders now must agree to meet the SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders section regarding Small Diverse Business and Veteran Business Enterprise Participation for further information.
The Goals for each Prime Contract is as follows: SDB AND VBE GOALS
