For the purpose of this RFP, the District strongly prefers electronic proposal submission via the bidding platform Euna Procurement (formerly named Bonfire). Proposals will be evaluated using Euna Procurement. Any hard copy (including flash drives) proposals received will be uploaded into Euna Procurement. The District accepts no responsibility or liability for either the Respondent’s errors and/or omissions in its proposal or errors committed by the District staff in uploading submissions to Euna Procurement.
