Print Bid Title: Bell Street Viaduct Rehabilitation Category: Bid Opportunities Status: Closed Description: The City of Fremont intends to retain a qualified consulting firm to provide professional consultant services to perform an analysis and design of the Bell Street Viaduct Rehabilitation Project. The Consultant must be familiar with the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS). The Consultant shall perform a "Special Inspection" that will be used to determine the deficiencies and condition of the existing bridge. The Consultant must demonstrate recent similar design experience. The Consultant shall provide preliminary and final engineering services including any related federal environmental laws, regulations and policies for the completion of the Plans, Specification and Estimate (PS&E) for construction of the diagnosed improvements. All respondents to the RFP must ensure that the submittal is received by the date and time specified herein. Proposals will be accepted at the City of Fremont, Public Works Department, 400 East Military Ave, 3rd Floor, Fremont, NE 68025 until 4:00 p.m., December 13, 2021 or City Clerk's office. Interested Consultants will need to request copy of the RFP for Bell Street Viaduct Rehabilitation Project via email to ( ). This Request for Proposal does not commit the City of Fremont to award a contract to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal for this request, or to procure or contract for services. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, to negotiate with any qualified firm or to modify or cancel in part or in its entirety the Request for Proposal, if it is in the best interest of the City.
