Page 1 THE REND LAKE CONSERVANCY DISTRICT BENTON, IL CHLORINE DIOXIDE FEED BUILDING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the CHLORINE DIOXIDE FEED BUILDING, RLCD Project Number 15-11 will be received, by The Rend Lake Conservancy District, at the office of the RLCD Administration Office 11231 Marcum Branch Road, Benton, IL 62812, until 10:00am local time on April 16th 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing chlorine dioxide system located at 11228 Marcum Branch Rd, Benton, IL 62812. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Sean Pickford, P.E.
