Supply of pre-assembled household welcome kits for U.S. TriMission in Rome, Italy.
The solicitation covers the supply of pre-assembled household welcome kits, containing essential kitchen, bathroom and bedroom items for apartments leased or owned by the US Embassy in Rome, Italy.
The estimated quantity shall cover up to a maximum of 85 welcome kits. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government may award the agreement based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant agreement will be a firm fixed price type of Purchase Order. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposal.
