Print Bid Title: Owner's Project Manager Proposed Public Works Facility Category: Engineering & Environmental Services Bids Status: Open Description: RFQ Owner's Project Manager Proposed Public Works Facility The Town of Londonderry, NH is seeking qualifications from planning and construction management firms to serve as the Owner's Project Manager (OPM) for the design and construction of a new Public Works Facility located at 120 High Range Road, Londonderry, NH. It is intended that the OPM will assist the Town with all aspects of the project to include strategic planning, estimating, design review, construction management, invoicing, and permitting. The OPM shall have on its staff New Hampshire licensed architects and/or professional engineers experienced in this type of work for municipal facilities of comparable size, function, and value. The selection process will be Qualifications Based Selection. A letter of Interest shall be submitted by qualified firms with demonstrable background in this type of work. Shortlisted Consultants will be invited to attend an interview. The Consultant selection duration shall be through the complete construction of the new public works facility. Work under this RFQ is not guaranteed and will be performance based and will be awarded by way of task orders with each phase of the project. Continues task orders are also contingent on available budget. Selection under this RFQ may extend onto future building projects.
