In support of this mission, Lower Valley Energy (LVE) seeks to install a 1-MWAC community solar project (“solar project”), which would supply clean energy to LVE and its retail subscribers. LVE is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain engineering, procurement, and construction (“EPC”) services from a currently active EPC company.
