Description
The Town of Colchester is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and properly licensed contractors for the uncovering of paved-over sewer covers and water gate valve boxes, followed by full restoration of each site to its original or better condition. All work shall be performed by the awarded contractor, under its own DOT permit, in accordance with applicable Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) standards, including requirements for pavement restoration, materials, compaction, and traffic control operations. Bid opening shall take place at the Colchester Town Hall, Meeting Room 1, 127 Norwich Avenue, Suite 201, Colchester, CT. 06415 at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, April 9, 2026. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Colchester Town Hall located at 127 Norwich Ave, Colchester, CT 06415
