Eastlake High School - Remaining Concrete Bid ABSHER CONSTRUCTION LAKE WASHINGTON SCHOOL DISTRICT EASTLAKE HIGH SCHOOL ADDITION Absher Construction GC/CM Advertisement for bids due: March 23rd, 2026 MANDATORY PRE-BID CONSTRUCTION MEETING Friday March 13th at 9:00 am at EHS 400 228th Ave NE, Sammamish, WA 98074 Bids due 3/23/26 at 1:00pm Bid Package 03.00 – Remaining Structural Concrete Work* Absher Construction General Contractor/Construction Manager (GCCM) is requesting subcontractor bids for the bid packages referenced above for the Eastlake HS Addition. *Indicates Absher Self-performed package pursuit. Sealed bids will be accepted on March 23, 2026 at 1PM, at the Absher jobsite trailer at Eastlake HS (see address above). Properly delivered bids will be publicly read aloud. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids. A bid bond will be required in the form of a surety bond, cashiers check, or a certified check, in the amount of (5%) of the bid amount, for bids in the excess of $300,000.
