Sealed bids will be accepted on March 23, 2026 at 1PM, at the Absher jobsite trailer at Eastlake HS (see address above). Properly delivered bids will be publicly read aloud. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids. A bid bond will be required in the form of a surety bond, cashiers check, or a certified check, in the amount of (5%) of the bid amount, for bids in the excess of $300,000.
