Print Bid Number: RFP #20-16 Bid Title: Stormwater Management Program Phase 1 Work Plan Category: Bid Opportunities Status: Closed Description: Project 20-16: Stormwater Management Program: Phase 1 – Work Plan Proposed Work: The Town of Jackson (Town) is requesting proposals for Phase 1 to develop a Stormwater Management Program Work Plan (Work Plan). This Phase 1 Work Plan includes writing a Request for Proposals (RFP) that will be subsequently issued for purposes of developing the full Stormwater Management Program (Program). The Program will be a voluntary program that aims to reduce pollution in urban stormwater runoff to local creeks. The proposed bases of the Program are the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) six minimum control measures (MCMs) for Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) programs and existing local plans and initiatives. Award of this Phase 1 contract to develop the Work Plan and Phase 2 RFP does not preclude a proposer from also proposing on the Phase 2 Program development RFP. Pre-Proposal Conference: A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference for the Project will be held on April 30, 2020 at 1:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time. Attendance by webinar is required unless otherwise advised in the future; information will be provided to proposers who obtain this RFP through QuestCDN.com (project website). Proposal Submission: Proposals for the Phase 1 Work Plan development will be received by May 26, 2020 at 1:00 PM MDT. send electronically to or by hard copy to: Town of Jackson - Public Works PO Box 1687 / 150 East Pearl Avenue Jackson, WY 83001 Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted at the project website. The deadline for questions is May 7, 2020, and responses will be provided by the Town no later than May 21, 2020. Refer to detailed submittal instructions in section III.A of this RFP. Request for Proposal Availability : Prospective Consultants must obtain the Proposal Documents from the project website. All official notifications, addenda, and other Proposal Documents will be offered via email only to prospective Consultants who have requested Proposal Documents through the project website. The Town will not be responsible for Proposal Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
