Description

The National Institutes of Health seeks a contractor to respond to service calls and arrestemergent conditions to minimize and mitigate damage to facilities, ground structures,personal property equipment, and installed equipment and systems and danger topersonnel. The Contractor shall perform emergency service orders 24 hours a day, sevendays a week throughout the contract period. The Contractor shall provide a toll-free (24hour a day) phone number and an email address that can be used to report emergencies inneed of repair. These emergencies are recorded within the government computerizeddata collecting software system, Nuvolo, or a contractor supplied software.
