Whatcom Co; Bid #26-10 Supply and Installation of Emulsion Tank - Central Shop NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services (AS) Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for purchase and installation of the following: Supply and Installation of Emulsion Tank – Central Shop UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, March 31, 2026 And at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (virtual via Zoom), and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested persons are invited to be present at the live bid opening via Zoom, as more completely described herein. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County AS Facilities Management is seeking bids for the supply and installation of an emulsion tank at the Whatcom County Public Works Central Shop located in unincorporated Whatcom County, at 901 W Smith Rd, Bellingham, Washington 98226, and other work as further described in the bid documents. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 19, 2026. Attendees will meet at the entrance of Whatcom County Public Works Central Shop, at 901 W Smith Rd, Bellingham, Washington 98226. Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
