The low bidder must demonstrate successful completion of projects of similar size and scope, with examples with references, to be considered for the award of this contract. A Highway or Marine Prequalification through the Maine Department of Transportation will fulfill this requirement. Location: The project is located in Brunswick, in Cumberland County. WIN: 026232.00 Outline of Work: Replacement of boat ramp and construction of new shore access path and stair and other incidental work. The basis of award will be the lowest responsive bid based on the Base Bid. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each for 100% of the Contract price, shall be required of the successful Bidder. This Contract is subject to all applicable state laws. All work shall be governed by the Maine Department of Transportation Standard Specifications (March 2020) and Standard Details (March 2020), which are online: www.maine.gov/mdot/contractors/publications/.
