The project is divided into two phases: a Spring Application (to be completed between May 1 and June 30, 2025) and a Fall Application (to be completed between September 1 and October 15, 2025). Key activities include mobilization, traffic control, and the application of markings at specified rates (20 mils for grooved sections and 15 mils for non-grooved sections). The project also involves maintaining traffic flow during construction, ensuring safety measures, and coordinating with the City of Spearfish for any adjustments to routes or schedules. The total quantities include 801.0 gallons of yellow paint and 794.5 gallons of white paint. The City reserves the right to add or subtract routes as needed.
