All non-military personnel seeking access to the installation must be vetted prior to entry. Only military members and Department of Defense vetted individuals (valid CAC holders) will be authorized unescorted access. All other visitors must undergo a background check process before being granted installation access. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to Provide 24 hour Monitoring and Annual Testing and Inspections of the fire alarm systems at Sepulveda Air National Guard. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 3/16/2026, at 11:00 AM at Sepulveda Air National Guard, 15900 Victory Blvd, Lake Balboa, CA 91406. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project.
