ATF shall be of the best, highest quality, manufactured with the newest additive technology, and shall provide superior performance in transmission service. Quoted price shall not include federal, state or local taxes. Regional Metropolitan Transit Authority of Omaha is tax exempt and shall furnish tax exempt certificate and number, upon request.
