Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth), Department of General Services (DGS), is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to meet the needs of the Commonwealth Agencies for the removal and recycling of mixed scrap metals for revenue generated income to the Commonwealth. Suppliers must be registered as a PA Supplier and have a six-digit supplier number in order to submit a bid. Please see the attached Instructions on registering as a PA Supplier. This solicitation is a Small Business Reserve Solicitation. Suppliers must be registered as a Small Business at the date and time of the bid submission.
