Description
<p>The State of Florida’s Department of Law Enforcement intends to obtain competitive sealed bids for an estimated range of 120,000 to 180,000 oral swab collection kits per year. These kits will be used in the operation of the Investigations and Forensic Sciences Program / DNA Investigative Support Database in Tallahassee, Florida. The Department intends to make a single award from this ITB for a rate agreement with a one (1) year base term and three one-year renewal options. </p><p>Invitation to Bid submission is due no later than 2:00 PM ET, April 15, 2026</p><p>Invitation to Bid submissions will be opened at 10:00 AM ET, April 17, 2026.</p><p> </p>
