Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Southwest (SW) District is seeking bids from qualified vendor(s) to provide responsible Janitorial Services to the MoDOT SW General Services (GS) and Construction (RE) Buildings. The contract period shall commence from award through April 30, 2028 with three (3) one-year renewal options. Renewals will be at the sole discretion of MoDOT SW District. If the option for renewal is exercised by MoDOT SW District, the bidder shall agree to all the terms and conditions of the IFB and all subsequent amendments. The contract will be awarded on a low bid basis. NOTE: You are required to enter your responses on-line via the MOVERS system; no paper, emailed or fax responses will be accepted for this bid. Bidding vendor must be registered in the State of Missouri MOVERS system.
