Bids received after the above stated time and date will not be considered. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Sidewalk Plow”. Please include the signed enclosed “Bid Form” and any associated equipment documentation All transportation costs and final delivery of completed unit to the City of Winooski shall be included in the quotation price. All equipment offered on this bid shall be brand new and the latest type available. It is the understanding of the City of Winooski that any manufacturer that meets the minimum specifications may submit a bid. The City of Winooski reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City, regardless of price.
