Description
Newfield Construction Group, LLC acting as Construction Manager for the City of Stamford will receive proposals for the Project. Bids are to be submitted to City of Stamford Purchasing Department before 2:00PM on April 1st, 2026. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. Bidders must hold a current DAS Prequalification Certificate and submit a copy of DAS Prequalification Certificate & Update (Bid) Statement with Bids or two business days from the bid opening pursuant to CGS ?4b-91.
