All bids must be submitted in a SEALED ENVELOPE marked “Police Cruiser Bid”, and must be submitted no later than 10:00 A.M. on Monday December 22 nd 2017. Bid opening will take place at City Hall at 11:00 A.M. on December 27nd 2017 in the People’s Chambers under the supervision of the City Clerk.
