Bid Packages can be picked up at the City Manager’s Office or by calling 338-3370 ext 10. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “City Hall Copiers” and submitted to the Belfast City Clerks Office, 131 Church Street, Belfast, Maine 04915 no later than 10:00 a.m. on October 29, 2012. A public bid opening will follow immediately thereafter. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The City of Belfast is inviting bids for two new copier systems for Belfast City Hall: Two Copier systems are needed. 1. City Manager’s Office 2. City Clerk/Treasurer’s Office Minimum specifications include: · Ability to handle up to 6000 copies per month per machine. · Ability to be networked to multiple computers. · Ability to scan. · Ability to fax. · Ability to collate, double side copies, and accommodate up to 11”X17” paper. · Technical Support: The contractor shall have sufficient management and technical manpower to effectively respond to service needs. · Onsite equipment Demonstration/Operator Training for key operators. · Technical data or descriptive literature to ascertain that the equipment offered meets the requirements must be provided with bid. · List of included accessories. · Literature of what is included maintenance/service plan. · Please provide references.
