Southern Teton Area Rapid Transit (START) is the Transit Division of the Town of Jackson (TOJ). The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors (also referred to as Proposers, Firms or Contractors) to provide turn-key fixed-route transit bus service in Teton Valley, Idaho, generally between Driggs, Idaho; Victor, Idaho and the Grand Targhee Resort. The project encompasses the provision of all necessary administrative activities, driver and maintenance labor and services necessary to provide the transit services specified herein.
