Colleton County is seeking qualified, licensed firms to provide construction engineering and inspection (CE&I) services for the SC 303 Sidewalk Project and SCDOT Asphalt Resurfacing. These services may include, but are not limited to, inspection and testing in the areas of concrete, earthwork, drainage, erosion control, traffic control, asphalt roadway, etc. This project will be administered by Colleton County as a Local Public Agency (LPA).
