Print Bid Title: Request for Quote - Compact Loader Category: City of West Fargo RFP Status: Closed Description: The West Fargo Public Works Department, within the City of West Fargo, is requesting Quotes for (1) Compact Loader. Quotes will be received by the City of West Fargo Public Works Department for the purpose of evaluating costs. Sealed Quotes along with a Digital Copy on a flash drive, will be received by the West Fargo Public Works Dept at 810 12th Ave NW West Fargo ND 58078, for the purpose of evaluating costs and operating parameters on (1) Compact Loader. Upon completion of the evaluation by the selection committee, an order may be placed. Quotes will be received until 10:00 on February 4th 2025. Ensure the quote is labeled using bold lettering, clearly specifying its purpose and identifying the intended recipient. CITY OF WEST FARGO RIGHTS The City reserves the right to cancel this Request for Quote in writing or postpone the date and time for submitting Quotes at any time prior to the proposal due date. The City, by this Request For Quote, does not promise to accept the lowest cost or any other proposal and specifically reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive any formal Quote requirements, to investigate the qualifications and experience of any Vendor, to reject any provisions in any proposal, to modify Request For Quote contents, to obtain new quotes, to negotiate the requested services and contract terms with any Vendor, or to proceed to do the work otherwise. The City hereby notifies all Vendors that it will affirmatively insure that regarding any contract entered into, pursuant to this request, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity, and are encouraged to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals that are in the best interest of the City. WARRANTY: Shall be stated in writing on the form provided. DELIVERY: Vendor must perform a complete pre-delivery service prior to delivery of equipment. All units are F.O.B., West Fargo Public Works. MANUALS: One (1) complete service manual, digital or printed One (1) complete parts manual, digital or printed One (1) operator’s manual One (1) training video (if available) TRAINING: Upon delivery to end-user, Vendor will provide instruction to operators on proper operation and daily maintenance. BIDDER: There shall be $500,000.00 minimum of product Liability coverage by the manufacturer and minimum of $500,000.00 liability coverage by the product installers to protect the City of West Fargo. Certification shall be provided with a quote. Preference may be given to Vendor who has a local dealer with a reasonable amount of parts inventory. Requirements of this Request For Quote 1. Each bidder shall provide evidence of adherence to the specifications within this Request For Quote. 2. Any items not specifically noted or specified in this Request For Quote that is required in order to supply the equipment requested, shall be considered incidental. Bidders shall provide lump sum pricing on the bid form. 3. The bidder shall note any deviations from the specifications on the enclosed bid form. 4. Each bidder shall provide a warranty period for the equipment provided on the enclosed bid form. 5. The equipment shall be completely inspected and serviced by the bidder prior to delivery. 6. The bidder shall be given an estimated date for delivery. Acceptance of Bid The acceptance of the bids shall be based on the following criteria. 1. Cost 2. Adherence to the specifications 3. Warranty 4.
