***ADDENDUM #1*** - Thursday 3/12/26 The following clarifications, revisions, additions, and/or deletions to the drawings and/or specifications are issued prior to the award of the contract and become a part of the original drawings and specifications, dated March 6, 2026. This addendum shall take precedence over anything contrary to the original drawings and specifications and shall be referred to hereinafter as part of the Contract Documents. ***ADDENDUM #1*** - Please refer to the bid document titled, "Addendum #1 - 26-026" for details. Item 1: Bid Questions and Communications ************************************************************************************************************* The bid and contract documents accompanying them describe the work to be done and the materials to be furnished for the construction of DENTAL OPERATORY SYSTEM REPLACEMENT, for Ferris State University, Big Rapids, Michigan. Ferris State is accepting bids to provide a complete, integrated dental operatory system consisting of: a. Dental patient chair b. Delivery system c. LED operatory light d. Assistant instrumentation e. Operator stool f. Utility connections Specifications [Attachment D] describe minimum performance and functional requirements. Equipment meeting or exceeding these requirements shall be considered acceptable. Major operatory components including chair, delivery system, operatory light, and assistant instrumentation shall be provided by a single manufacturer to ensure compatibility, serviceability, and warranty coverage. Total number of Dental Operatory Systems being replaced: 8
