Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals required to provide routine, semi-annual, and special Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services in accordance with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards to the various Caltrans locations within, Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Merced, Mariposa, Tuolumne, Calaveras, Amador, and alpine Counties. 2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services.
