Box 1354, Columbus, Nebraska 68602-1354, Telephone Number 402 563-9638, . Sealed bids will be received on the two tracts (49.2 Cropland Acres and 81.4 Cropland Acres) as a combined bid for the total 130.6 Acres as provided in the Bid Proposal. The land lease will be for a two year period (2017-2018). Please use attached bid proposal form. The city of Columbus reserves the right to reject any and all bids received for this land lease and to waive any technicalities in the bidding of this lease.
