Description
The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is releasing Request for Proposal (RFP) #26-002 for the Medi-Cal Publications and Accessibility (MCPA) procurement . The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from firms that can revise existing and create new Medi-Cal program publication materials as directed by DHCS. The publication revision and development process includes, but is not limited to, creating, editing, updating, translating, providing readability services, and creating ADA-compliant documents and media. In addition, the Contractor will create, edit, and translate documents into alternative formats, as specified by the DHCS. Publications may include but are not limited to electronic materials. The Contractor will maintain privacy and security, receive secure data from DHCS via secure data exchange services and provide monthly reports as specified by DHCS.
