The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is accepting bids for the rights to file transfer applications for certain expired restaurant liquor licenses as set forth in this Invitation for Bids #260379 (IFB) and in conformity with Section 470.3 of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. 47 P.S. § 4-470.3.
