Print Bid Title: Inspection & Testing Services for the 2021 Street Improvement Project Category: Engineering Status: Closed Description: SCOPE OF SERVICES: The City of Morgantown is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide inspection and testing services for the 2021 Street Improvement Project under Bid Number 2021-13. QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS RFP: J. Drew Gatlin, Staff Engineer, phone 304-284-7411, email is the point of contact for all questions pertaining to this procurement. Submit all questions in writing by 5:30 p.m. EST on June 30th, 2021. All questions will be answered by July 2nd or earlier and might be followed by subsequent rounds of questioning. DEADLINE FOR PROPOSALS: Electronic proposals are to be emailed to prior to 5:30 p.m. EST on July 9, 2021. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to submit all solicitation documents by the advertised deadline. Submitting any response to a solicitation shall be solely at the Proposer’s risk. All electronic submittals must be sent as an Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). Proposers will not secure, password protect, or lock files; the City must be able to open and view the contents of the file. Proposers will not disable or restrict the ability of the City to print the contents of an uploaded file. Scanned documents or images must be of sufficient quality to allow for reading or interpreting the words, drawings, images, or sketches. The City may disqualify any Submittal Response that does not meet the criteria stated in this paragraph.
