Description

The Town of Groton requests proposals from qualified firms or individuals for professional and technical services related to Housing Rehabilitation required to provide administrative and technical support to implement activities including program income from March 19, 2026 – March 19, 2029. The Town requires the program to be in direct compliance with all local, state and federal laws and policies including but not limited to: Affirmative Action, Section 3, Fair Housing, Equal Opportunity, Davis-Bacon and State Prevailing Wage. The selected contractor shall be familiar and in compliance with the above referenced policies and laws as related to their specific tasks within the program.
