FCC Yazoo City FY 26 3rd Qtr Quarterly Subsistence

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Yazoo City, MS is hereby issuing solicitation FCC YAZOO CITY - Q3 FY26 - Subsistence & Religious Diet for the acquisition of various food items for delivery to the Federal Correctional Institute, Yazoo City, MS. This acquisition is set aside for small business. Terms are FOB Destination, full delivery must be completed by April 20th, 2026, unless deliveries is scheduled for weekly (i.e. bread, milk). The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government
reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price.

Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. Please include shipping in all pricing. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments and awards, will be distributed through Sam.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-todate information about this solicitation. Each offeror is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications at the time of quotation.
