The Connecticut Army National Guard Armory in Waterbury, CT is currently served by a diesel-fueled 250kW / 313kVA Cummins Stand-by Generator. The generator is located outdoors in a Walk-in Enclosure outside of the Building. The loads served by this generator are limited to the Kitchen equipment, receptacles located in the administrative offices, Boiler and circulating pumps, Heaters, and the Air Handler Units located in the common areas. The underground storage tank (UST) is a 1000 gallon fuel tank designed to supply diesel fuel to a 250 kW / 313 kVA generator. This UST is buried below ground level.
