Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Chief Financial Officer, Westport Public Schools, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, CT 06880 on or before 11AM, Thursday, March 19, 2026 at which time said Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 307. Questions regarding this bid should be directed to Ted Hunyadi, Director of Facilities, thunyadi@westportps.org. Bid packages are available on our website: https://www.westportps.org/departments/business-office/bids Interested vendors must submit one paper copy and one electronic copy (on flash drive) of the proposal. All outside bid mailing envelopes should be clearly marked “BID #26-016-BOE”.
