Description
Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisitions (OAQ) on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order on or before March 16, 2026, to GetData 14 Village Circle Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 ,using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 procedures. OAQ intends to award this sole source purchase to GetData, as there are no resellers or distributors for the required product(s), nor are there other supplies or services able to satisfy HSI requirements.
This requirement is determined to be Law Enforcement Sensitive; therefore, once awarded, only a redacted Sole Source Justification will be posted in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(i)(iii).
