Description
The Department of Health (Department), Office of Drug Surveillance and Misuse Prevention (ODSMP) located at 625 Forster Street, 6th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120 is soliciting 6,996 naloxone convenience kits. Kits shall be shipped and distributed in cases to addresses provided by ODSMP at time of Purchase Order.
All Bids must arrive prior to the bid opening date and time to be considered and become property of the Commonwealth once submitted. Prospective suppliers must register at the PA Supplier Portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us. Prospective supplies who do not have access to the internet or who have questions about registering should contact the DGS Customer Service Center at 717-346-2676 (Harrisburg area) or 877-435-7363 (toll free).
